Topic: “Stressed to Blissed”

Feeling Stressed? Who isn’t these days? Most of us spend more than 8 hours a day at work anymore, we spend another hour in the car, and then there is still a long to-do list waiting for us when we get home. Join Angela Prior LCSW, RYT on how to use Laughter Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Mindfulness to move from Stressed to Blissed in 5 minutes. Whether you are at your desk, in the car, or staring at your to-do list you can find your bliss.
