Most of us spend more than 8 hours a day at work anymore, we spend another hour in the car, and then there is still a long to-do list waiting for us when we get home. Join Angela Prior LCSW, RYT on how to use Laughter Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Mindfulness to move from Stressed to Blissed in 5 minutes. Whether you are at your desk, in the car, or staring at your to-do list you can find your bliss.

Angela Prior is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher. She is the owner of Mind & Body Dallas a holistic private practice that focuses on healing and wellness through counseling, yoga, mindfulness meditation, and self-care coaching. Angela graduated with her MSW from The Ohio State University and her BA from The University of Findlay. She is currently also a teacher at Lotus Yoga Dallas where she teaches multiple yoga classes at a variety of experience levels. Prior to opening her own practice Angela worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center in their Employee Assistance Program which is where she began developing her desire to help people manage their stress from work more effectively. Angela’s goal through her work is to help move people from stressed to blissed so they too can live a happier and healthier life.

Where: 5068 W Plano Parkway, Suite 300, Plano.  Exit the elevator on the
third floor and you will see a glass-enclosed reception area ahead.  Look for someone there to
greet you and direct you to the meeting conference room.

Cost: Dinner $20; Attendance without dinner $5
