Lucinda Ruch will speak about how to get the most out of LinkedIn. Ruch is President of Facilitating Into The Future, LLC, specializing in transforming business strategy and plans into real operational results. Both in her board room facilitation role and in her private coaching sessions, she solves business problems by bringing in a vast background of business and technology experience. Lucinda brings 30 years of successful experiences ranging from the Fortune 100, Global 500 to more recent successes – 2010 Inc 5000 Awards. Mentoring Across Generational Boundaries

Diane S. McNulty, Ph.D., selected for “Dallas Business Journal” Women Mentors, April 2014, will speak about the pros and cons of being a mentor. We are looking forward to getting first hand insights into the challenges of reaching back and helping other young women navigate the work environment. McNulty serves as Associate Dean for External Affairs and Corporate Development in the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. In her capacity as associate dean, Dr. McNulty coordinates the School’s PR/marketing, community and corporate relations strategies. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of MANAGEMENT, the Naveen Jindal School of Management bi-annual publication and teaches at all levels.
