A Physical Therapist on Women's Health
Sara Reardon, PT, DPT, BCB-PMD presents “Jelly Bellies, Saggy Bottoms.” Sara is a women’s health physical therapist practicing in Irving, Texas. She specializes in promoting health and wellness throughout the lifespan of women. Her focus is educating women on the effects of aging and providing exercise tips and information to help them stay fit and healthy. Sara treats women for low back and pelvic pain, osteoporosis, breast health post-mastectomy, prenatal and postpartum care, and pelvic floor dysfunction including urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, constipation, and pelvic organ prolapse.
She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Sara has worked in Austin, Plano, and most recently joined Baylor Medical Center at Irving in 2010.
