The Beautiful Mind

The greatest gift of beauty God gave every woman

Lifelong entrepreneur Tim Gillette had a long history of working, but not always doing what he dreamed of doing, working for others, until an accident stopped him from working in the way he knew it.  He began a journey into the world of entrepreneurs, where he learned the value of mentoring, mastermind groups, and coaching to help people achieve success through many kinds of life transitions.  Tim will help us identify effective ways to face our own challenges and transitions.

Rocker Life Coach is a coaching company designed to help individuals find their purpose and dreams in life, then work to achieve those dreams and fulfill that purpose.  Tim's goal for everyone is to help them find a plan that allows them to live their ideal life.  A key part of this is helping entrepreneurs build a solid small business from their ideas without cutting short their success.

The Rocker Life Coach motto is:  Live the life you always wanted.  Love what you do and who you share your life with, and let me help you become the RockStar in your world.  Tim's commitment is to help everyone become that RockStar!

TBW of Dallas Metro North May 2012 Monica CornettiiYour Face Isn’t Finished Until Your Lipstick is On… The NEW! Rules of the Women’s Success Game

Somewhere along the way a man came up with yet another sports analogy and started calling success a game. And like any game there are rules for playing the game. In this presentation, Monica Cornetti, author of The Lipstick Book, will show

- Your worth is not based on your physical beauty

 - There is no “one shoe fits all” formula, and you can create your own formula for success

 - The words you speak inside your head become you, and you become the words you speak

 - Once you determine what it really is you want to do, it’s time to identify the fears that are holding you back

 - You can decide to take charge of your destiny when you let your heart guide you

 - Prince Charming ain’t coming! The world needs you and it’s up to you to decide what you want

Everyone knows that the rules for success are different for men and women. Monica gives straight forward Lipstick Lessons that empower women to make their own choices and bend or even break the rules where necessary on their journey to success.  Be AWESOME!

Leading and Following: Becoming a Performing Unit

More Music, More Life!

In the music world, leading usually refers to the conductor and following refers to the accompanist, perhaps a choir or orchestra.  What is the conductor's job and what are the roles of the other players?  In the business world there are groups that must perform as a unit in order to create a beautiful symphony. Through her interactive presentation, Lydia Gober will share lessons we can learn about work performance from her experiences with conducting and accompanying.
